1. Booking and Payment Policies
1.1 Reservations
1. Reservations can be made online via our website, by phone, or through email.
2. A minimum booking deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to secure your yacht.
3. Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure.
1.2 Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
2. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will forfeit the deposit.
3. If cancellation occurs due to adverse weather conditions as determined by the captain, clients can reschedule or receive a full refund.
1.3 Security Deposit
1. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
2. The deposit covers potential damages or violations of our policies during the trip.
3. The security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of the rental, provided no damages or additional charges are incurred.

2. Onboard Policies
2.1 Safety Rules
1. All passengers must adhere to the safety briefing provided by the captain or crew before departure.
2. Life jackets must be worn as instructed, especially by children and non-swimmers.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the yacht cabins. Designated smoking areas are provided on the deck.
2.2 Alcohol and Substance Use
1. Responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed.
2. Excessive intoxication that jeopardizes safety will not be tolerated.
3. Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited onboard. Violations will result in immediate trip termination without a refund and potential legal action.
2.3 Capacity Limits
1. Each yacht has a maximum capacity, including crew members.
2. This limit is strictly enforced for safety and insurance purposes.
3. Exceeding the capacity will result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
2.4 Damage to Property
1. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment during the rental period.
2. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
3. Intentional misuse or reckless behavior that results in significant damage may lead to additional charges.

3. Crew and Responsibilities
3.1 Captain and Crew
1. All our yachts are operated by licensed and experienced captains and crew members.
2. The captain has full authority over the yacht and its operations during the rental period.
3. Clients must follow the captain’s instructions at all times for safety reasons.
3.2 Client Responsibilities
1. Clients must arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
2. Passengers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward the crew and other guests.
3. Any disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in the trip being terminated without a refund.

4. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
1. For the safety of clients and crew, trips may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather conditions such as high winds, storms, or rough seas.
2. If the company cancels a trip due to weather, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. YachtLuxeCharters is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as mechanical failures or government restrictions.

5. Additional Services
5.1 Catering and Beverages
1. Catering and beverage packages can be arranged at an additional cost.
2. These packages must be ordered at least 72 hours in advance.
3. Outside food and beverages are permitted but must be disclosed during the booking process.
5.2 Special Events
1. We offer tailored experiences for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate retreats.
2. These bookings may require additional terms and conditions based on the event type.
